Clear answers about our industrial AI robotics platform, programmes, pricing, and how we work with manufacturing teams across Canada.

Platform demo session with manufacturing stakeholders

Use this page as a specification reference before booking a demo. Every answer reflects how we actually deliver — not marketing language divorced from shop-floor reality.

Is RoboNeural AI a marketing agency?
No. RoboNeural AI is an industrial AI robotics integration firm based in Richmond Hill, Ontario. We design, deploy, and support perception systems, robot orchestration, and predictive maintenance platforms for manufacturers. We do not sell advertising, manage social media campaigns, or provide generic digital marketing services. If you are looking for a marketing agency, we are not the right partner. If you need production-floor automation that your maintenance team can trust, we should talk.
Do you guarantee production throughput or ROI?
No. We do not guarantee specific throughput figures, defect-rate reductions, or return-on-investment outcomes. Manufacturing performance depends on equipment condition, operator adoption, material variability, and dozens of factors outside our direct control. We commit to documented deliverables, acceptance criteria, and honest measurement of the metrics we jointly define during discovery. Our programme tiers are indicative; final scope and pricing are confirmed in writing after plant assessment.
Which robot brands do you support?
We integrate with FANUC, ABB, Universal Robots, KUKA, and other OPC-UA-capable controllers. Our orchestration layer normalises vendor-specific protocols so your operations dashboard shows a single view regardless of arm manufacturer.
Do you sell robots or cameras?
We are systems integrators, not hardware distributors. We specify equipment based on your application requirements and can coordinate procurement through your preferred vendors. Hardware costs are quoted separately from programme and service fees.
How long does a typical pilot take?
Most pilot cell deployments complete in 8–14 weeks from kickoff to first qualified production cycle. Timeline depends on mechanical readiness, safety review cycles, and how quickly your team can allocate line access for shadowing and cutover.
Where is data processed and stored?
We offer on-prem edge inference as the default for production-critical perception and control loops. Optional cloud analytics are available under PIPEDA-aligned data processing agreements with Canadian residency options. Data handling is documented in our Privacy Policy.
What does RNA-101 include?
RNA-101 is our Robotics Foundations assessment: structured plant walk, safety and data audit, stakeholder interviews, prioritised roadmap, architecture diagram, and risk register. It is the recommended starting point if you are unsure which programme fits your facility. Priced from C$18,500 as a fixed-scope package.
Can you work with our existing CMMS?
Yes. We have integrated predictive maintenance signals with SAP PM, Fiix, Maintenance Connection, and custom work-order systems. Alert routing and escalation trees are co-designed with your maintenance leadership.
Do you provide operator training?
Training is included in every programme and service engagement. We deliver runbooks, escalation trees, and hands-on sessions for production, maintenance, and quality teams. Night-shift participation is scheduled deliberately — not as an afterthought.
How do I book a platform demo?
Submit the contact form or email [email protected] with your facility type, line count, and primary automation challenge. We will schedule a structured demo using scenarios relevant to your industry. Demos are conducted from our Richmond Hill centre or remotely with shared dashboard access.
