16. Service agreements

Programmes RNA-101 through RNA-601 and standalone integration services are delivered under written statements of work or master service agreements that supersede website content where conflicts exist. Payment terms, acceptance testing, warranty limitations, intellectual property allocation, and confidentiality obligations are defined in those contracts. Website programme descriptions summarise typical scope and indicative pricing; they are not binding until signed by authorised representatives of both parties.

17. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, labour disputes, supply chain interruptions, government actions, or widespread network outages. Affected parties shall notify the other promptly and resume performance as soon as practicable.
